The rot13 might be good for demonstration in a tutorial, I think it
won't be used by more than a few percents of Ubiquity users. As such,
it should be an optional command at the Herd. There these few percents
could get it if they want to. They get their cmd, others get a less
bloated Ubiquity. And going off-topic I think that Taskfox should
hardly have any commands at all (except basics such as search and
find) but Firefox should recommend some when it starts up for the
first time. Ubiquity though may have more commands as those who get
the addon are likely going to use it.
