I'm not sure what you mean with "optional" here.
Any argument is optional in a sense, which is filled by empty
suggestion or default suggestion (provided by noun.default or
arg.default) if omitted.
> I was more hopping for something like:
> {role: 'time', nountype: noun_type_date, optional: true}
> or even better
> {role: 'time', nountype: noun_type_date, default: null}
> where default could be any value and the argument would be optional
> when default is null.
