Hi, I am using Ubuntu with Firefox 3.5.3 (although the same issue appeared with Firefox 3.x). Every time I use Ubiquity, I get a stream of output printed on whatever was the first terminal I opened. It prints over whatever I am doing. So if I have a file open with vim, then I need to visually select the whole file to be able to see it properly again. The kind of messages I am getting are these:
feed : file:///home/bgc/.mozilla/firefox/uwbucwob.default/extensions/[email protected]/standard-feeds/social.html command: define display: preview CM_onSuggestionsUpdated: rendering 5 suggestions LU_setLocalizationCo.. etc. I have the 0.5x version of Ubiquity. I am on Ubuntu 9.10. I have struggled with many (yet unresolved) issues with Firefox, but as I said, this happened when things were fine in FF3. Only other notable fact is that I am running Xmonad instead of metacity, but can't see why that would be a problem Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
