Thanks for the bug report, Roy. When I wrote that, I was actually
meaning precisely what you see. This is definitely quite possible on a
reasonably efficient computer, and as far as stability is concerned I
for one have never really encountered problems. Still, you make a good
point; this is something that COULD backfire, and we don't want any of
that.

I intend to rewrite that slide (regardless of where the other content goes) 
since it is really horribly terse right now, so this will get fixed.
Any suggestions for how it could be better worded?

Bug description:
The message to "explore while installing" in the Karmic Alpha 5 installer 
slideshow gives the impression that you should be able to use the system while 
it is installing.   This line should be changed or removed to avoid confusion.
