I've been using Ubuntu for years, but it still helped me when I saw the slideshow. I found out about cool features that weren't given attention. The last part of the slideshow tells the user where to ask for help. However, it wasn't pointed out that there are very handy features under the Help menu of almost every GUI app. I believe that pointing out to the user (new or old) that "Get Help Online" and "Report a Problem" exist would be beneficial for bug management and helping users out. The slideshow is a great place to inform users about this. btw, I'm not sure if this is the right package for this issue. Please edit if I'm wrong.
