* Add LTS designator to the relevant distributions per
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LucidLynx/ReleaseManifest. The release is
10.04 LTS, not 10.04.
* Reduce the slideshow by 49px from the top of the window, so that it fits
better on netbook (1024x600) screens.
* New Ubuntu One icon.

Please accept a freeze exception for the following changes:
- Add LTS to the version for Kubuntu and Ubuntu.
- Make the slideshow 49px shorter, to better fit on a netbook screen
(1024x600). It doesn't fit perfectly yet, but the only obscured part is window
padding.
- Add a new Ubuntu One icon from the Ubuntu One team.
For ubiquity (which contains no string changes):
- Give the installer window a slightly larger bottom edge to make the grey
border look less ugly.
- Slightly tweak the layout so the progress widgets are more centered in their
frame.
