* Fix update-launchpad-translations to cope with no-longer-existant
slideshows.
* Update translations from Launchpad.
* Remove translations not present in localechooser, and thus not
available during install.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu
As mentioned in an earlier freeze exception request, we were waiting for the
screenshots for the website's Ubuntu 10.10 desktop tour, so that we could also
include them in the slideshow. These have since been produced and I've
uploaded ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu 27, which includes them.
Without these updated screenshots, the installer slideshow will show the Ubuntu
10.04 applications, background, and theme.
