Thank you for pointing this out, but this is not a bug. The slideshow is simply using accurate punctuation marks for design reasons, where ' is replaced by ‘ for example. The special characters are XML escaped from the source. Feel free to follow along in the translated strings, but there is no need. This makes more sense in some locales than others.
