Sounds good! I'll make sure your proposal is looked at. I think originally that copy was accompanied by a callout to Help & Support (like we have in the Photos slide, for example) and it just hasn't been given much love. Tweaking this to highlight the awesome offline docs makes a lot of sense. Just keep it simple and don't be afraid to remove things. Be ruthless :)
