We had another incident with 7.0.3-u1 last night, Oct 23rd.  It was
passing about 50% of the packets.  Maybe less.  I could not access the
station end.  We got screenshots and support output from the AP end this
time.  The problem lasted about 12 minutes.

Sriram thinks the devel image he sent me on the 14th with rate control
fixes will resolve the problem.  We hadn't swapped before because we
were not seeing recurrence of the problem.  We are going to load it
tonight.  The last problem was Oct 11th.
