We have had issues with MaxxWave and other Intel based MT when running higher than 6.12. Interface issues, messed up memory cards, maybe some other stuff. Seems to be just fine running 6.12.

I have a Maxwave running fw 6.20 as well but no issues with my AF24's or AF5's however I have switch in front of them. I just want to confirm your issue was due to the AF24 being plugged directly to the port in case I ever decide to do so.
Thanks in advance for your input!

Jason, Did you have the AF24 plugged directly into one of the
        Maxwave's ethernet ports?
