They are both true in a sense, but only the orange one matters. One is the
chips measurement of the stable noise floor which really we don't care
about, the other attempts to figure out the average impulse noise level from
interfering wifi signals, this is the one we care about... So  I would use
the Orange line and ignore the "Noise floor" figure completely..

Looking at the RF Performance section, the reported Interference + Noise is
-85dB, however the graph seems to indicate the noise is higher than that.

 

Which to believe? The link capacity is pretty decent
