I'm not sure you'll get 300 meg out of it, but it's probably going to work better than 2.4ghz... unless 2.4 happens to be pretty clean in the area (and you aren't using it for anything else). our AF3x link is doing a little under 300 meg (210 down/66 up, at the moment) with a -59, so you might get close... it's hard to say how much signal you're going to lose going with 3.65 over 2.4.
