We use DocuSign.  Works great...we require that the TOC and selection of
optional services is signed and submitted prior to the installation
appointment.  Only three or four times per year does customer not have
ability to do this on a computer or smartphone/tablet, and then we take a
paper copy to the appointment.  Makes adding their paperwork to their
account records in Freeside super easy since it is already in digital
format.
