So we are having trouble with our upgrade also. 2 servers, no success. Unfortunately the support guy on the Ubiquiti chat says this,
“Since this software is still in beta stages, we kindly ask that your refer to the public forum…..”. Someone should tell this guy that it’s been in beta since the day it was conceived. So basically if your management software has never come out of beta and your support people won’t help, you don’t have management software. This is not good guys.
