I am looking for recommendations for types of DC wire to run a Netonix DC switch. I was looking at outdoor stranded 12 gauge as the distance is 200 feet from 48 Volt 5 Amp 240 Watt DC power pack to the Netonix WS-12-250-DC switch on the tower.
The wire will be ran in a conduit except for the top 10 feet which will be exposed to the elements. Some conduit is underground, so I am sure it is not 100% dry either. Home Improvement stores had single wire spools or landscape light wire as options I could find. Would 12 gauge landscape wire work? Appreciate the support!
