Just download the Java jar, or Show Package Contents, 
./Contents/Resources/Java/ubnt-discovery-v2.4.1.jar and run from there.
There isn’t a Java application in the app anyway, so it’s basically trying the 
same, but probably an issue with the plist.
My first guess would be "$JAVAROOT/ubnt-discovery-v2.4.1.jar” as there isn’t an 
export for JAVAROOT on my system.
