Possibly. It really depends on the relative difference in throughput of the
feed to the link and the speed of the flow controlled rf link. 10 gbps feeding
a 10 mbps radio link can fill radio's buffer with a small video buffer refill
for half a second then have no traffic for 3 seconds. The average throughput
may be 50 to 75% of 10 mbps. It is the bursting that causes full buffers which
cause pause frames.
It's also possible the radio is emitting pause frames unnecessarily. I'm not
aware of any known issues along that line. But that's not something I spend a
lot of time looking for.
