We use the 4/5(-) 7/8(+) crossover to use UBNT/MT power on Cambium SMs and vice
versa. We could make a cable that crosses over but we like to keep all the
other cables standard. I have bought them from Relay and from Converg.

The 450i 900 AP requires a cable that swaps 4(-) and 7(+) but not 5 and 8 which
would make it POE standard crossover. Again, I like to use the correct
crossover and keep the cabling “normal”. And we uses CMM3, 4 and 5 on every
tower.
