Why are you upgrading the moment new firmware comes out?

We generally wait two weeks to see what response there is. 

Then Deploy that version on a small test site and let it burn for two weeks. 

Then roll out to the entire network. 

Generally are behind on dot releases by 2-4 but it allows us to run stable 
software on the network.
