The power supply that comes with the RB750UP and the RB960GPS is 24V 2.5A, that is 60W. We have only had the issue at one of our sites.

They're only like 4 watts normally, I'm surprised that's related. This only happened at the hottest time of day, the rest of the day they are stable. We switched out the RB750UP for a RB960GPS and got the same results. We then powered then directly from 24V, instead of the router and have had no further problems.
