Most PSUs running at high end of voltage can cause noise. So be careful
there.

I wasn't making the voltage statement based on specs, based on experience.
If you 24VDCs drop off EP 16, while 48s stay on, you do not have enough
voltage. If you are getting packet loss on tower, turn down voltage to
54VDC, no more then 56.
