Hi Tony, Our experience is that ads have become mostly ineffective in today's environment in our market. Too many happy workers that aren't even seeing the ads because they are not looking.
We have been using LinkedIn Recruiter. It's like $120/month. You create a profile for the position and then run searches on the DB. We go after those with the right profile and credentials. Contact them directly and then tell your story. This has been very effective and the new folks that we have brought on this way have been great. My two cents.
