Hi,

I suggest you could get more information about firefox accessible browsing in 
mozilla community here: http://www.mozilla.org/access/ . At least, lots of 
people contribute their hard work to firefox trunk accessibility works. But for 
now, firefox trunk build is not so good for accessible use.
