I remember Dr. T.V. Raman posted an email some where asking the ubuntu team to have emacspeak deb packages for ubuntu. Infact combining emacspeak and festival will be really very good because as of now users can't browse the internet with firefox so emacspeak with w3m may as well be the choice for surffing the web.
