open up gnome terminal and change into that directory. cd dir. then do a rm
to remove followed by a wildcard. rm *.format. Hope that helps.

Hi, I used avimux on a system today to convert a file to images.
It made several thousand of them and now I can't get in that folder.
Orca stops speaking when ever I try.
I assume there are to many files for the browser to see.
My question is how can I del these files.
They are in mike in the home folder.
Thanks for any help.
Mike.
