Or, if you no longer have Ubuntu speech-dispatcher packages installed, simply install the speech-dispatcher package, and anything else you need, such as python-speechd for orca. NOTE: If you have built speech-dispatcher from source, it is strongly recommended that you remove this from your system before installing/upgrading to these new packages.
