I was working with Robert on accessibility for the greeter that Ubuntu will be 
using in Oneiric. He has added the enabling and launching of accessibility 
services, as well as improved accessibility of he greeter itself.

When lightdm is used, accessibility is the domain of the greeter, so it is 
certainly possible that greeters for lightdm do not support any accessibility 
at all.
