Hy,

Luke, Oneiric awailable gnome-orca package doesn't containing ubiquity related script? I try installing a current daily live CD based modified live CD, but Ubiquity installer some installation steps dialog parts is partialy or full inaccessible for Orca screen reader. For example, the second step dialog Orca only spokening the first check box, back button, next button. Because I only using screen reader and not see the screen, When I press TAB key after focused the first check box, Orca nothing spokening the second dialog control, and don't no what control are focuset after TAB key press.

After I clicking next button with the second step dialog part, Orca flat review unable to review the screen, for example go to prewious line and go to next line flat review commands doesn't spokening any results.

Because this problems happened, I don't want risk a data loss my phisical notebook partitions. My notebook unfortunately doesn't support for example KVM virtualization, and now not have sighted assistance to install a testing system.

This experienced results is changing for final Ubuntu 11.10 release? Have an accessibility milestone for Ubiquity installer related this development cicle, and what percentage of this milestone?

Prewious I very like for example with Lucid awailable installer, because all dialog steps are accessible with Orca.
