Easy, start orca; create file syp.sh (gedit syp.sh) and paste:
#init paste
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface toolkit-accessibility false
sleep 1
gksu synaptic &
sleep 10
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface toolkit-accessibility true
# end paste
Now, in terminal, make executable:
$ chmod +x syp.sh
To call:
$ ./syp.sh
Of course, there are several ways of doing. But, now make fun :)
