I uncommented the start line from /etc/init/pulseaudio.conf
It's not enough.
1) in file /etc/pulse/system.pa locate line:
load-module module-native-protocol-unix
and change it to:
load-module module-native-protocol-unix auth-anonymous=1
2) in file /etc/pulse/client.conf uncomment line containing 'autospawn'
and change to:
autospawn = no
After reboot, if you have uncommented start in pulseaudio.conf - you
should have pulseaudio working for all users.
