Hi All, I am considering installing Ubuntu 10.04 XP-Like on my Asus 701 netbook. It would not accept the kernel in Ubuntu 14.04 or Lubuntu 14.04. It has a 4GB SSD and a gig of RAM. It came with Xandros on it, but I installed XP SP3 on it. I have been trying to install my copy of XpLike Ubuntu 10.04, but the installer keeps crashing. I was thinking that there was an installer called something like equity, but I cannot find any info on that on-line. Otherwise, what is a good Linux to install on a 4GB SSD? I was thinking of trying Arch, but I want to use a GUI. Thanks for any info. Glenn
