One thing that I forgot to mention is that he is using ubuntu 15.04.

To add the PPA from the command line, do the following:
1. sudo apt-add-repository ppa:accessibility-dev/ppa
2. sudo apt-get update
3. sudo apt-get upgrade
That should get you the latest goodies.
