dropbox and orca

I have a machine with ubuntu and dropbox.
Using orca, how may I adjust settings in dropbox?
I am using coconut, and when going in to the alt f1 menu, internet, then 
dropbox, nothing seems to happen.
Is the dropbox accessible using mate?
