With the recent change to slide the toolbar in when entering a view, I
wonder how necessary this change is.

Bug description:
When there are no albums on the album tab, we should help the user to
create one. Either point them in direction of the toolbar, or place an
element on the canvas which starts the album creation journey. Needs
design.
