Bug description:

My phone uses At+T sim and is setup for voicemail. When a voicemail is left
on the phone I expected a notification and corresponding messaging menu item
that says "new voicemail received" (or something like that).
Instead I got an sms message back with a weird string from a blank
sender. I've attached the screenshot of the sms.
Work items:
1) display a proper notification when a voice mail is received
2) add an entry to the messaging menu, with the ability to call the voicemail
system from the menu item
