Bug description:
Similar to bug #1228707 on the dialer-app

When entering and displaying phone numbers for a contact, conventional
formatting should be used rather than just one long string of numbers.

  Example:

Number displayed on Android: (555) 555-5555
  Number displayed on Ubuntu: 5555555555
