Adding photo to existing album not working

Fix Released
Bug description:
build 31:
1) take some photos with camera
2) open gallery
3) go to album tab
4) press add from toolbar
5) press + from album
6) select 2 photos and press "add to album"
7) click the album to open it and verify the 2 photos are there
8) now pull up toolbar and press add button
9) select another picture and press "Add to Album"
BUG: after doing this, you can no longer interact with the toolbar, it
can not be displayed
