Bug description:
Current situation
1. Go to Messages app
2. Go to thread with unknown number
3. Tap 'Add' on toolbar
4. Select 'Add to existing contact'
5. Select an existing contact as example
6. Populates the number '+4478762222198' with '%2B44....'
Desired solution
The flow is correct, only step 6 in terms of the formatting and that format
is allowed to be saved in Contacts app. It should be populating the '+'
followed by number correctly instead of '%2B'
