Bug description:
Current situation:
After selecting a chapter thumbnail in the video and jumping to that segment,
the chapter thumbnail remains in screen. User has to actively dismiss it.
Desired solution:
As per spec, user selects a chapter. Scrubber shows new positioning, and
chapter thumbnails collapse once more.
