* Use the contact info exposed in the history models instead of having
multiple instances of the contact watcher.
* Make sure phonesim is detected even when there are multiple modems.
* Remove the proxies that were being used for sorting and grouping of
threads and messages. The functionality is implemented directly on
history models themselves now.
* Do not rely on translatable strings for getting objects. Also, re-
enable tests that were previously disabled. (LP: #1346475)

Bug description:
The autopilot tests test_deleting_message_long_press and
test_cancel_deleting_message_long_press are currently skiped. The reason is:
"long press is currently invoking a context menu"
