Bug description:
rtm build 140 on krillin
Steps to reproduce:
- open dialer
- call the phone
- answer the call
Expected results:
- dialer live call view should be displayed
- no Active call panel visible
Actual results:
- dialer live call view displayed
- Active call panel is briefly displayed and then hidden
