Bug description:
Using rtm 142
- start the camera application
- swipe to left to go to the photo roll
- click on a photo
- select delete
-> the dialog displayed has delete at the bottom, that's inconsistent
with dialogs in gallery and other applications where the action is
listed at the top of the dialog
