Title: [Phone call] When accepting a call, call panel takes at least 10s to appear Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I have a BQ phone with the devel-proposed channel. When someone calls you and you accept the call, there is 10s where nothing happens. Call panel is loading and no sounds comes.
