Bug description:
(this is similar to bug #1317428 and bug #1377953)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Focus the address bar, and type "about:blank"
2) Press enter/return
Expected: result: a blank page loads
Current results: the string "about:blank" is searched with the default
search engine
