Bug description:
How to reproduce:
1) Install the full shell rotation code from silo 0.
2) Open Youtube in the webbrowser-app.
3) Start a video and switch to fullscreen mode.
What happens:
A white (and on some other sites black) bar is shown at the bottom of the
screen on top of the video.
