Title: Operator messages get delivered multiple times Status in telephony-service package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: This might not be a bug in messaging-app itself but this is where I was asked to report it so here goes. :) I was in Spain and bought a prepaid Orange data sim. When I plugged it in, I got the welcoming message (assuming, since I don't speak Spanish), but it was delivered multiple times. A friend of mine bought the same card and put it in his Android phone and only got the welcome message only once. Also when going to the list of messages and tapping on these messages, the actual message page shows up empty so you can't read them. In a similar vein when I'm using the device at home with a Saunalahti prepaid SIM, I get the "you have X euros remaining" informational message multiple times a day.
