This is being caused by Unity bug where locking the phone after
launching the app for the first time does not provide the app with the
proper signal to suspend, thus the camera service stays running

  Test case.
  - Open camera app.
  - Lock the device.
  - Wait 15 minutes.

  Expected result.
  - Device is correctly suspended and doesn't make heavy use of the CPU.

  - The device gets hot.
