Keypad view not properly formatted when on live call

Bug description:
latest rc-proposed
1) Make a phone call
2) after call connected, press the keypad icon
Expected results:
- contact name should stay in header
- all action buttons should still be visible
Actual results:
- contact name disapears from header
- keypad buttons overlap the action buttons
