Public bug reported:

After I made a factory reset on OTA-8 not all contacts from Google are imported
to the address book.
Some contacts are missing though present in Contacts on Gmail. Tried multiple
times and result is the same.
Also few contacts didnt get synced to Gmail, I synced the address book before
doing a factory reset, but some contacts didnt update, old numbers present on
Gmail which means sync did not work as it should. Favorites are also lost, upon
importing contacts I have no favorites. BQ Aquaris E4.5 on OTA-8.

** Affects: address-book-app (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
